Brewery Description:

Swamp Head Brewery wants to be a premier microbrewery serving Gainesville and North-central Florida with outstanding craft beer and also a major player in advocating legislative changes to antiquated and restrictive Florida beer laws all while practicing sustainability and accountability in an ever growing green market. From the critters that inhabited our land before we did, to the people that make Florida special, our mission at Swamp Head is to protect, represent and encompass our state of Florida in everything we do. Swamp Head consists of a 10 Barrel Brewhouse (310 Gallons) and is located just North of Archer Road near I-75 in Gainesville, Fl. Five fermenters ranging in size from 10 to 20 barrels are used in the fermentation process to produce the beer that we package in kegs for retail sale. –
