Press Release: Political Reporter Amy Walter to Speak at 2016 NBWA Legislative Conference

ALEXANDRIA, VA – The 2016 National Beer Wholesalers Association (NBWA) Legislative Conference will take place April 10 – 13, 2016, at the Hyatt Regency Washington on Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C.

Top political reporter Amy Walter, the national editor of the Cook Political Report, will speak on Monday, April 11, during the general session. She will share her analysis of the unprecedented presidential elections; the culture in Congress; and the Washington political scene.

Walter, who previously served as political director at ABC News, often provides inside analysis on NBC’s Meet the Press, Fox News Channel’s Special Report with Bret Baier and NewsHour on PBS.

“Amy has unparalleled sources and access that give her a unique perspective on the political environment,” said NBWA President & CEO Craig Purser. “Her perspective will come with added interest in light of this year’s dynamic election season.”

Reference the National Beer Wholesalers Association or NBWA to receive the group rate of $304 single/double per night. The last day to receive the discounted room rate is Friday, March 18. The NBWA guest room block can sell out prior to March 18. Once the block is sold, room rates cannot be guaranteed.
